Q:    What if the style I want is not currently available?

Contact us and let us know what piece you want and the date of your occasion. We continually review and add additional rental pieces to our inventory in popular styles based on current trends. We might be able to secure the piece you want or help you find a suitable alternative.

Q:     Is it okay to rent accessories for other occasions?

Of course! We started our business with a focus on brides and they continue to be a big part of our client base. However, in talking to our clients, we discovered that many were renting our accessories for other occasions besides weddings like cocktail dinners, gala nights, etc. To meet their needs, we’re working to add more accessories appropriate for other special occasions such as formal parties, birthday parties, anniversaries and even girl’s night out. It is our goal to help you “SLAY” any occasion.

Q:    How will I know when my accessory will arrive?

Nkadi Bridal Rentals will notify you via e-mail when your order is shipped and confirm the date of its arrival.

Q:    Do I need to pay for shipping or insurance while returning the accessory? 

No. Nkadi Bridal Rentals will include a pre-paid and pre-addressed return package in your shipment. All you will need to do is repackage the jewelry and take it to the nearest UPS Office or Courier Store for shipment.

Q:    Do I need a Security Deposit and why do you do it? 

Nkadi Bridal Rentals requires a refundable security deposit of 20% of the total rental fee in addition to the rental fee due upon reservation to secure your rental.  This serves as a deposit while you have the accessory is in your possession and incentive to return the accessory in good condition as picked up.  The security deposit amount will be itemized as part of the Total Due during checkout. The rental fee will be refunded to you on upon return.

Q:    What happens if I don’t return the accessory by the designated time? 

Due to the nature of our business, it’s very important that you return the accessory on time. Late fees are outlined in our Terms and Conditions, but our clients have established a track record of returning the pieces they borrow in a timely manner. We expect that you’ll do the same out of consideration for other clients.

If you return the Items late or not at all, an additional late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be charged to the payment method you used to pay the Rental Fee or to any other payment card included in Your account information that You have provided to Nkadi Bridal Rentals for every day that you are late returning the Items, and You agree to pay such late fees, up to an amount not to exceed 200% of the Retail Value plus applicable sales tax (plus the Rental Fee). The late fee is payable for each order of Items that is not returned when due, not for each Product that is the subject of the order that is late. If you have not returned the Items within twenty (20) days after the return date for the Items, Your late return will be considered a non-return and Nkadi Bridal Rentals  will charge Your payment card the maximum late fee set forth above, less any late fees that You have already paid, plus applicable sales tax.

Q:    Is the accessory cleaned?

We ensure our accessories are thoroughly cleaned and pass our 4-point inspection process before we ship it out to you. After every rental, each accessory piece is hand inspected and cleaned in preparation for the next rental.

Q:    Do you ship outside of the United States?

Nkadi Bridal Rentals does not ship outside of the United States. If you are having a foreign destination wedding, you have 2 options. You have the option of purchasing the accessory of your choice at the retail value or we can offer you an extended rental so the accessory can be shipped earlier to you in the United States and a later return so you can return the accessory once you arrive back in the United States. Keep in mind there are additional fees for an extended rental. You will need to contact us to place this type of extended rental.

Q: What about Damage?

We want you to enjoy your accessory. Normal wear is expected - light scratches and dings, a snagged chain and minor damage are all covered by us. You will be charged the actual cost to repair more substantial damage, up to 200% of the Retail Value. However, we reserve the right to eject inconsiderate people.

 Q: What are the rental duration?

Typically, renters keep each piece for 4 or 8 days. If you love your accessory, you can always purchase it. If you have needs that require a longer rental period please contact us at nkadirentals@gmail.com

 Q: What If I’m Not in Love with The Accessory I Received?

 Q: How Will I Know That My Order Has Been Returned Safely?

You will receive a confirmation email once the jewelry has been received and inspected.
